1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase made from Matrix Fitness South Africa (CIPC Registration No. 2020/859926/07), of 24 Auckland Street, Apex, Benoni, Gauteng, 1540 ("we", "us", "Matrix Fitness South Africa"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Minor variations between images and delivered products (such as packaging or minor cosmetic differences) may occur. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing (email or order confirmation). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock unavailability or a pricing error — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved business financing. Full payment (or an agreed deposit for custom/bulk orders) is required before an order is dispatched, unless a trade account with separately agreed terms is in place.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect equipment on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
7. Warranty
Equipment sold by us is covered by the manufacturer or Matrix Fitness South Africa warranty stated on the product listing — generally a minimum 2-year warranty on parts, with a lifetime frame warranty on commercial-grade machines. Full warranty terms are available on request and on individual product pages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Matrix Fitness South Africa's liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or business interruption, arising from the use of equipment purchased from us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Matrix Fitness South Africa and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
